Just ask Popeye; there’s just nothing like the taste of spinach! Full of flavor (and nutrients), spinach is a wonderful addition to any meal (well, dessert may be a stretch).

It can be any type of spinach (fresh, frozen, canned, etc.) and any type of recipe (breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert)—as long as it’s your own!
