Judging – September 20-21, 2025
Now in its 18th year, Sommelier Challenge puts your best to the test in front of some of the nation’s most respected palates – Sommeliers that hold sway over consumer, retail, and trade buying decisions. All entries are judged in a double-blind format by panels of Certified Sommeliers. Medals are awarded in a variety of categories and all winners are posted on the competition website and included in competition publicity.

Sommelier Challenge entries are judged blind by noted Sommeliers – industry insiders that hold sway over consumer, retail and trade buying decisions.

Each wine entry requires three (3) bottles. All three bottles must be same vintage.
Please include a copy of entry form, packing list, or receipt in wine shipment and keep a copy for your records.
The product deadline is by September 12, 2025.
Silver, Gold and Platinum medals are awarded as well as “Best Of” categories. Gold and Platinum winners receive point scores.
Platinum-winning wines receive published reviews at WineReviewOnline (1.2 million visitors/year).
