People’s Choice (Boston Butt is furnished) with a total of 4 winners in the People’s Choice category. KCBS categories are chicken and ribs. Turn in time begins at 12 noon.
The Smoke on the Water Festival is more than just a BBQ cook-off – it’s an event for the entire family! Sanctioned by the Kansas City BBQ Society and the Alabama BBQ Association, this cook-off will determine the very best barbeque from among the entrants, and the winners will win cash prizes. If you love barbeque, this is the place to be!
Entry Fees
Per Entry Fee – $160.00 (Chicken, Ribs and Pork) and 20 x 20 Foot Site
Per Entry Fee – $180.00 (Chicken, Ribs and Pork) and 20 x 40 Foot Site
