Sally’s started the Baking Challenge in 2017. Since then thousands of home bakers all over the world have joined in the fun.

On the 1st of every month, there is a new Sally’s Baking Challenge.

During the month, bake the assigned recipe or the alternate recipe.

September – Apple Cider Spice Muffins
To celebrate the publication of my cookbook, SALLY’S BAKING 101, this month’s Sally’s Baking Challenge includes a recipe from the book! To participate, bake either the apple cider spice bread on page 213, or the apple cider spice muffins, which is adapted from that recipe. Both the quick bread and muffin versions have deep apple flavor and a super moist texture.
