This is a State Championship.
Each contestant competing must supply their meat, cooking ingredients, individual cooking device (portable stoves, wood or charcoal), utensils, preparation tables, etc. All contestants must adhere to all electrical, fire, or other codes of the city, state, and federal authorities.
