How To Participate
1. Registration: Register for a chance to compete by April 20th. Fifty people will be selected, receiving a whole boneless pork loin to use in their dish.
2. Dish Creation & Submission: Competitors who are selected will have until May 18th to create an original dish and upload a high-res photo.
3. Judging & Winner Announcement: A panel of judges will review entries. Results will be announced on May 23rd.
Grand Prize (1) – $2,000.00/Cash
Runner Up (3) – $1,000.00
