The Town of Bassano thanks all teams and judges for attending the annual Small Town Smoke Down BBQ competition.
This event is a KCBS Master Series contest. Meats are NOT included; teams must supply their own meats.
This barbecue competition gives teams a chance at compete at the American Royal Invitational or to win a bung for the Jack Daniels World Championships.
May 30th Move in 2PM – 9PM
May 31 Move in 8AM – 10AM
May 31 Amateur and Pro Steak Turn In

June 1st Master Series Turn Ins – Chicken, Ribs, Pork & Brisket
