Competition – June 7-8,2024
This is a State Championship.
In the evening is the F.A.T. Friday Chili Challenge, where the public is invited to participate in the people’s choice contest.
On Saturday, June 8, contestants can also compete in the four meat master series competition, the contest that started it all for the Original SD BBQ Championships.The Backyard BBQ People’s Choice competition is also held on Saturday, June 8.
Entry Fees
Per Entry Fee – $250.00 (Four Meat)
Per Entry Fee – $100.00 (One Meat)
Per Entry Fee – $20.00 or FREE to Teams Competing in the Four Meat (People’s Choice)
Prize Money – $14,000.00
Payout to Top 10 for each category as well as payouts to Top 5 Overall
