Competition – April 14-15, 2023
This is a State Championship and a New Contest.
The Downtown BBQ Showdown Cook-Off is a sanctioned Kansas City Barbecue Society (KCBS) professional contest.
Cook teams compete in the four KCBS meat categories: chicken, pork ribs, pork, and beef brisket.
There will also be Arts and Craft Vendors and Food Trucks.
Entry Fees
Per Team Entry Fee – $250.00 (20 x 40 Space)
Per Team Entry Fee – $225.00 (20 x 20 Space)
