Competition – January 13-14, 2023
This is a State Championship.
On Friday night, two additional unsanctioned categories, Appetizers and Desserts, will be offered for competition. On Saturday, after the four KCBS-sanctioned categories, two additional unsanctioned categories will be offered: sausage and cook’s choice.
The 8th Annual Slab-O-Rama Barbeque Challenge will cover the following 8 categories over two days

– Cook’s Choice
– Pork*
– Brisket*
– Chicken*
– Ribs*

Entry Fees
Per Entry Fee – $275.00 (Now Thru December 31, 2022)
Per Entry Fee – $300.00 (January 1-12, 2023
Per Entry Fee – $25.00 (Other Open Categories)
