Terms of Participation
– Exhibit at SIAL Canada 2023 in the Start-Up Village – click here to exhibit
– Propose a food or beverage product OR a new technology or service related to the food industry
– Be in business for less than 5 years
– Food industries: from $50,000 to $1,000,000 CAD in revenue
– Technology and service companies: no revenue requirement
– Ability to pitch in English only

Entry Fees
Per Entry Fee – $15 (CAD)
First Prize/Food Beverage – $10,000.00 Grant/Awarded By Nielsen/100sq.ft. barestand booth for SIAL Montreal 2024
Second Prize/Food Beverage – 20 hours consultation will be offered by Niagara College and a 50 sq.ft. barestand booth for SIAL Montreal 2024
First Prize/Packaging, Technology or Service – 50% discount on 1 unit stage Business Strategy Internship will be offered by Mitacs, 20h consultation offered by Niagara College and a 100 sq.ft. barestand booth for SIAL Montreal 2024
Second Prize/Packaging, Technology or Service – 20h consultation offered by Niagara College and a 50sq.ft. barestand booth for SIAL Montreal 2024
