The Kansas City Barbeque Society is the world’s largest organization of barbeque and grilling enthusiasts, with over 19,000 members worldwide.
This is a State Championship.
The Route 66 Smoke Out Competition is one of only 450 contests sanctioned by KCBS around the world and is an Illinois State Championship competition.
