Each entry will consist of 2 bottles capped or corked bottles that are void of all identifying information, including labels and embossing.
Printed and colored caps are allowed, but must be blacked out completely.
Acceptable colors BLACK, GOLD, and SILVER.

Awards
Places will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each category/table.
The Best of Show winner will brew their beer with Institution Ale Company as well as have an amazing release party and receive 5 gallons of the winning beer.
There will be no actual award ceremony.
