General Information
Main Judging – April 22, 2023
There is a limit of 350 paid entries.
An entry is a set of Two (2) bottles or cans from a single batch of beer, cider or mead.
Each entrant is limited to 12 entries.
Each entrant is limited to 1 entry per subcategory.
Each of the Competition Categories will include several BJCP Categories. Judges will judge the beers using the 2021 BJCP Style Guidelines. The category number refers to the BJCP category. All BJCP beer, mead, and cider categories will be accepted except for Cateogory 12 Pale Commonwealth Beers.
The categories may be included together for judging purposes. In that case, there will only be one set of medals for each judging group. For example, Pale Bitter European Beers, Pale Malty European Beers, and Czech Lagers will all be judged together.

Entry bottles accepted at our drop-off locations from Monday, March 27, 2023 00:00, PDT through Friday, April 7, 2023 17:00, PDT.
Places may be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each table. If no entry in a category was deemed worthy for a place, no award would be given.
The 1st place entry in each category will advance to the Best of Show (BOS) round with a single, overall Best of Show beer selected.
The Best-of-Show winner will receive the coveted statue of our bird–Hashiel Dammit.
Also, the Best Mead will receive the Falcon’s Bee Trophy!
As entrants come from far and wide, we do not hold an official award ceremony. We will distribute medals via mail to the winners, entrants score sheets will be scanned and uploaded to their website.
