Steaks may be lightly trimmed before, but not after cooking.
Steaks may not be marked or branded in any way. (Grill marks are not considered marking)
Steaks are judged on Appearance, Doneness (Medium), Taste, Texture and Overall Impression.
Tie breaker: Taste, Doneness, Texture, Appearance, and Overall Impression.

11:15AM – Judges Meeting
12:15-12:30PM – Kids Turn In
1:30-1:45PM – Sausage Turn In
2:30-3:00PM – Steak A Turn In
4:00-4:30PM – Steak B Turn In
5:30PM – AWARDS
Entry Fees
Per Entry Fee – $160.00 (Steak A Only)
Per Entry Fee – $320.00 (Steak A & B)
Per Entry Fee – $25.00 (Anything with Blue and Gold Sausage)
Per Entry Fee – $25.00 (Kids NY Strip)
Showdown will begin immediately following Awards
1st and 2nd Place from Steak A & B will compete for an additional $500.00 and the Grand Champion Longhorn Trophy.
