Attention US-based chefs and culinary professionals: To celebrate Kikkoman’s 50th year of brewing soy sauce in the US, we invite you to enter the INSPIRED BY KIKKOMAN Chef Competition.
Showcase your culinary creativity in a menu item that displays the versatility of traditionally brewed Kikkoman® Soy Sauce and you could win the prize of a lifetime: a trip to Japan!
Dish creation and submission. Competitors who are selected to participate will be notified by September 1, 2023 and will then have until September 24, 2023 to create an original dish and post it on their public Instagram account, tagging @chefsroll and @kikkomanfs and using #InspiredByKikkomanCompetition.
Post should include the following:
– At least one high-resolution photo of the dish
– Recipe name and description of the dish
Judges will review entries and announce the winners on October 1st, 2023 – National Soy Sauce Day!
Grand Prize (1) – winner will be chosen to win a trip to Japan
Runner-Up (2) – each awarded $3,000.00
