Competition – May 26-27, 2023
As is our long-standing tradition, the Best Dam Barbecue Challenge will once again be held on the Friday and Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend, which is May 26th and 27th in 2023.
The Cook’s Meeting will be at 5:00pm on Friday. Our event is open to the public from 1:00pm – 11:00pm on Friday and from 9:00am – 5:00pm on Saturday.
Entry Fees
