What do you wish for you and your loved one?
DONATION – For every entry, until we reach 7,500 entries, we will be donating $1.00 to Cancer Research Institute with a minimum donation of $1,000.00.
Limit – You may only enter once. Therefore, only one (1) entry per person or email address during the Contest Entry Period.
All contest entrants and nominees must be 21+ and US residents to enter.
Wish Prizes (10) – valued at $500.00 for yourself and $500.00 for loved one.
