2022 Tsingtao “Taste of Chinese New Year” Cooking Contest

Judging – Complete on or before January 27, 2022

This starts as a recipe contest which turns into a cooking contest.

Your recipe is to embody, reflect, and celebrate what Chinese New Year means to you.

Winners will be notified by direct message on Instagram and are subject to confirmation of eligibility.

West Virginia residents are not eligible.

Prizes / Awards / Medals / Ribbons

Grand Prize – Invitation to appear via live video conference with Chef Martin Yan and Chef Lucas Sin on a live streamed show during which Chef Yan and Chef Sin will be preparing and cooking Chinese New Year food dishes.

The Grand Prize Winner’s Entry will be included in a Chinese New Year recipe booklet (online or otherwise) along with other recipes prepared by Chef Yan and Chef Sin.

First Prize – “The Chinese Chef” cookbook signed by Chef Martin Yan and Chef Lucas Sin, one (1) Chef Yan branded signature knife, and two (2) Tsingtao branded Chinese New Year lanterns.
