The Professional Contest is a Kansas City Barbeque Society (KCBS) sanctioned contest and Georgia State Championship event.
Cook teams must compete in the four KCBS meat categories: chicken, pork ribs, pork, and beef brisket.

Prize Money – $15,000.00
Grand Champion: $2,500.00
Reserve Grand Champion: $1,000.00
