Competition Dates
– Friday, October 7th from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm
– Saturday, October 8th from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
The Professional Contest is a Kansas City Barbeque Society (KCBS) sanctioned contest and Georgia State Championship event.
Cook teams must compete in the four KCBS meat categories: chicken, pork ribs, pork, and beef brisket.

Grand Champion: $2,500.00
Reserve Grand Champion: $1,000.00
3rd Overall: $850.00
4th Overall: $500.00
