Categories: Must compete in all four KCBS categories, Chicken, Pork Ribs, Pork, and Beef Brisket to qualify for Grand Champion and Reserve Grand Champion.
People’s Choice Wings: (Judged on Friday Night) Chicken Wings will be provided.
