The grounds will open at 8:00AM on Saturday, July 1. Cook’s Meeting at 4:30PM on Friday.
Entry turn in times Saturday July 2 are as follows:
Chicken – 12:00PM
Ribs – 12:30PM
Pork Shoulder/Butt – 1:00PM
Beef Brisket – 1:30PM
Must enter all four (chicken, ribs, pork butt, brisket) to win Grand Prize.
