Competition – October 28-29, 2022
Professional and Backyard Competition
This is a State Championship and a New Contest
Unloading begins Thursday October 27th at 4:00 P.M.
Team members with a wristband will have 24/7 access until Noon on Sunday at which point your equipment will be unattended.
Competition cooking begins Saturday morning October 29th and meat turn in is at 12:00 P.M. for Professional Division and 2:00 P.M. for Backyard Division
Entry Fees
Per Entry Fee – $400.00/Professional
Per Entry Fee – $250.00/Backyard
