Competition – February 5, 2022

Event Hours – 10:00AM – 8:00PM

Lots of excitement all week with 5 days of outdoor cooking from Chili (2/5) to whole animals including smoking, Dutch ovens, grilling and educational sessions hourly with samples available.

COOK DETAILS
• 10×10 space provided
• Cooks must bring their own canopy/tent, table & chairs and supplies
• No electricity provided

COMPETITION ENTRY
You must be an ICS Member to compete. Entry fees are separate per category (i.e. Red, Homestyle, Verde, etc.) and will be collected independently by the Cook-off Organizer.

Per Entry Fee – $25.00 (Traditional Red)
Per Entry Fee – $25.00 (Homestyle)

1st Place – $250.00 and Trophy
2nd Place – $150.00 and Small Plaque

Homestyle
1st Place – $250.00 and Trophy
