General Information
The National High School BBQ Association is the Governing Body for events across the country in different States to participate in High School BBQ Competitions.
Like a referee in high school sports we provide the rules, guidelines, and level playing field so all student teams and schools can learn, grow, and compete in this new high school sport.
Our goal as this new educational experience grows is to have Regional Qualifying events to determine the 100-150 TOP High School BBQ teams in the country who will be invited to compete for a chance at a National Title.
Turn-In Times – (10 minute window before and after)
7:30AM – Start Fires
8:00AM – Meat Pick-UP
11:00AM – Dessert
12:00PM – Steak
12:30PM – Burgers
2:00PM – Chicken
3:00PM – Ribs
4:00PM – Awards
Entry Fees
Per Team Entry Fee – $350.00
Must be a National High School BBQ Association Charter Team to compete.
A full-tuition Scholarship from Sullivan University.
