Cook-Off – Saturday, October 1, 2022
For the 13th year, the National Banana Pudding festival will crown the best banana pudding in America.

Submit your original banana pudding recipe to be considered for one of the 10 contestant slots for the live cook-off. If selected, you will travel to beautiful Centerville, Tennessee and prepare your recipe in the live cook-off. Judges will choose the top three winners, who will receive a cash prize.

Recipes may not have been published previously in a commercial magazine or book.

All recipes must be original and created by the applicant.

Each finalist will be responsible for their own travel arrangements.

Entries will be judged based on the written/typed recipe by a qualified panel of judges who will consider the following:
– use of basic ingredients
– appetizing appearance
– texture
– color
– aroma
– taste
– presentation
– ease of preparation
