Competition – September 24, 2022

ICS is on a nationwide search to find ten firehouse cooks or teams who exemplify two things: great service to their community through charitable works and great chili.

Between May 11th and July 31st, ICS will select ten firehouse teams who will be invited to Myrtle Beach, S.C., to compete at the World Championship Chili Cook-off on September 24th.

There, they will go head-to-head in a live People’s Choice style cook-off AND before an official judging panel of pro chili cooks to settle the question of who has the best firehouse chili in the nation and to win a donation to the charity of their choice.
