Festival – August 19-20, 2022
Recipes for the 2022 Legendary Lentil Cook-off must be original and specify at least one of the following – 1/2 cup raw USA lentils – 1 cup cooked USA lentils – 1/2 cup of lentil flour.
Recipes should not contain more than 15 ingredients not including salt, pepper or oil.
Finalists will have two hours to prepare five separate tasting portions and one full plate for presentation.
1st Place – $2,000.00
2nd Place -$1,000.00
3rd Place – $500.00
People’s Choice – $100.00
