To enter upload a photo of your child ages 2 years or younger.

Winning entry will be picked by a panel of judges.

Eligibility:
Open to residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States (excluding AK, HI) and DC ages 18 and older.

Entries that comply with these Official Rules will be evaluated by a qualified panel of judges selected by the Administrator who will evaluate each Entry based on the following judging criteria of the submissions:
1. Makes you smile/Playfulness (25%)
2. Creativity and Originality (25%)
3. Captures an “honest” moment (25%)
4. Expressiveness of the child (25%)
