Competition – August 27, 2022
Juried rib judging will begin at 2:30 p.m.
Juried judging will be based on Kansas City Barbeque Society rules. However, this is not a KCBS sanctioned event. See www.kcbs.us for more information. You will be judged on: flavor, texture & appearance.
Entry Fees
Per Entry Fee – $100.00 (All entry fees go towards cash prizes)
AWARDS – Cash prizes will be announced for juried judging.
1st, 2nd & 3rd place trophies will be on display at the event for both juried judging and People’s Choice.
