Friday:
2:00 p.m.: Competitors arrive and set up
5:30 p.m.–10:00 p.m.: Getting to know everyone and the area event on-site.
Appetizers & dinner will be available. Social time, a fire, and music!

Saturday:
7:00 a.m.–9:00 a.m.: Competitors arrive and setup (no driving on the fairgrounds after 9:00am) for BBQ team
10:00 a.m.: KCBS reps to inspect meat and cooking stations for KCBS contest
1:30 p.m.: Kids Q team meeting
2:15 p.m.: Kid’s Q judges meeting
2:30 p.m.: Eating Contest
1:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m.: People’s Choice judging
3:30 p.m.: Kids Q turn-in
3:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.: SCA Judging class
5:00 p.m.: SCA cooks meeting
5:30 p.m.: Kids Q awards
6:00 p.m.: KCBS Cooks meeting
