It’s time to lace up your gym shoes, charge your Fitbit and band together for ICES Members wellness.

The Step Challenge is a fundraiser to help defray ICES operating costs.

During Cake Expo:
– Keep track of your steps using any pedometer of your choosing.  The goal is 5,000 steps or more for each day beginning Friday, July 29, 2022 – 7:30 AM (Pacific Time) until Saturday, July 30, 2022 – 5:00 PM (Pacific Time).
– Email your progress (total number of steps) on Saturday, July 30, 2022, by 5:30 PM (Pacific time) to chairman@ICES.org. Be sure to put in the subject line: EXPO STEPPER, Last Name, First Name for easy organization.
– To Complete the Challenge, you must complete 10,000 steps. – Cake Expo Steppers will receive a Step Challenge Pin and/or Bar and will be recognized at the Awards Presentation.
