This is a standard MBN contest and a dual KCBS contest
MBN standard sanctioned contests offer three official pork categories: Whole Hog, Pulled Pork, and Pork Ribs and teams may enter any or all of these categories.
These contests have 2 rounds of judging – Blind Preliminaries and On–Site Finals. Some contests limit the number of categories and are classified as a “specialty” contest, i.e., whole hog or rib only contests.
Entry Fees
Per Entry Fee – $550.00 (With RV Site)
Per Entry Fee – $400.00 (No Power No Water)
Per Entry Fee – $25.00 (Sauce)
