Categories are Brisket, Pork, Ribs, Chicken and Mac N’ Cheese.
Competitors may begin setting up in their designated space after 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Friday, May 27, 2022.
Set up will continue on Saturday, May 28, 2022 at 8:00 a.m. John and Amy will only be onsite directing competitors during the hours listed above.
Competitors must be completely set up and have all vehicles removed by 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
