2022 All American Certified Angus Beef® Cook-Off Contest

General Information

Cook-Off – July 5, 2022

Cook off will provide grills- All other appliances must be provided by team-must limit electric small appliances to no more than two. NO microwave, stove-top or oven available. ELECTRICITY is limited please only 1 electric appliance per team! Use of Grills for your CAB is strongly encouraged.

Teams must have a least 2 members and no more than 6. No exceptions.

2022- Cook-Off Cuts- all teams in respective categories will receive and must use:
Steak- Flank- approx. 2 pounds
Roast- Ball Tip- approx. 3pounds
Other Category – Ground Beef and will be the Ultimate CAB Burger Grill Off- 2 pounds

NOTE: There will be NO Chef’s Challenge or CAB at Home contest in 2022

RECIPE name and complete list of ingredients and instructions must be included in this form. TIP: type your recipe in word document so that you can easily be copied and paste into the form

Prizes / Awards / Medals / Ribbons

First through third place awards will be given in each category and age divisions.

First place winners in showmanship and recipe will be recognized in each category and age division.

A champion team will be awarded in each category. The champion team in each category will complete for Black Kettle Award.

The 1st place Intermediate steak team will be awarded the Pat Grote LEAD Award.

The overall top ranked Junior team will be awarded the Ardyce’s Aprons award.
