The Professional Contest is a Kansas City Barbeque Society (KCBS) sanctioned contest and Georgia State Championship event. Cook teams must compete in the four KCBS meat categories: chicken, pork ribs, pork, and beef brisket.

Grand Champion – $2,500.00
