This is your chance to show off your sauce creativity.
The contest is limited to 3 sauces per entry so make it good!
Open to the public, professional and amateur bbq teams.
Receive the required turn-in container at the Lyons Main Street Office on Friday, October 9th between 5:00 pm and 5:45 pm.
Turn-in and judging is Friday night at the Lyons Main Street Office, 134 NW Broad Street
Field is limited to the first 30 entries (including entries from our bbq teams).
Sauces do not have to be prepared on site.
Sauces will be judged on appearance and taste.
Your entry must be at least enough for 6 judges to sample.
Entry Fees
Per Entry Fee – $10.38
1st Place – $100.00
2nd Place – $75.00
3rd Place – $50.00
