General Information
Each team will compete in 4 meats: chicken, pork ribs, pork butt or shoulder and brisket.
Each category will recognize a winner each day and an overall winner will be announced each day based on the cumulative scores of the individual categories
This is a KCBS Sanctioned contest – Kansas City Barbecue Society and the last weekend of points for the 2021 season.
This is a new contest and a State Championship.
