No contest meat on pits before 6:00pm on Friday April 23rd. No precooked, no pre-boiled, and no pre-marinated meats.
Beans must be dry pinto
Barbeque will be judged on texture, moisture, tenderness, aroma, and taste. The decision of the judges are FINAL.
Entry Fees
Per Entry Fee – $150.00 (All Meat Categories – brisket, ribs, chicken)
Per Entry Fee – $20.00 (Each Additional Category – Jackpot Beans, Margaritas)
Grand/Reserve Champion Payout
Cash Prizes and Trophies for 1at – 10th Place in each Meat Category.
