– You bake or cook as a hobby
– You are not compensated to and have not won any awards or prizes for preparing or styling food
– You are not affiliated with paid food production in any way
– You do not work as a cook, chef, sous chef, food stylist or similar position for a restaurant, catering service, food truck or other food service establishment.

You shall be deemed part of the “Professional” category of Entrants if any of the following apply to you:
– You are a cook, chef, sous chef, food stylist, culinary student or other food preparation or service professional
– You are compensated to cook, prepare or style food
– You received nationally recognized awards or prizes for cooking, preparing or styling food
– You are compensated for teaching cooking classes
– You work in or for a photography or video production studio that deals with photographing or shooting videos that include food
– Your food creations have been featured in media outlets (social, digital, broadcast), networks or affiliates
