CATEGORIES: Low Fruity – Medium Fruity – High Fruity

First Day – May
The contest: during the first day, the Judge’s Team will work to divide the all samples into the 3 fruity categories. This year we are going to use again a special tasting glass, a “disposable” eco-glass BICOLIO specially designed for oil tasting, with a registered design made by an Italian producer.

Second Day – May
We will dedicate the second day to the tasting sessions. The Jury will taste to define the groups of finalists for each Category of the Contest.

Third Day – May
Also, in the third day, we will be entirely focused in tasting sessions to tribute the right value and score to Your Best Olive Oil Samples and define the Final scores. During the afternoon will start the new International Contest MOOIC for table olives.

Fourth Day – May
The fourth day of the Contests will be dedicated to tasting every Table Olive samples defining Finalists and the Awards. Prestigious and exclusive Prizes for all the declared Categories will be assigned to the winners. We will define also the Oils that are going to enter the new MOOOIC EVOO & MOOIC OLIVES Guide 2021.

Fifth Day – June 5th is the Monte Carlo Awards day
The fifth day of the Contest will be Your time and Your day! It will dedicated to the Award Ceremonies. The Awarded Producers are invited to come to the new Location to get the deserved tribute to their work “the Best World Olive Oils” and “the Best Table Olives”. The amazing Monaco Monte-Carlo will be the best host ever for the Award Ceremonies. On June 5th , 2021, the winners of the MOOOIC & MOOIC – World Olive Oil Competition & World table Olives Competition – the best olive oils in the world and the best eating olives – will be unveiled during the Awards Ceremony press conference. By the end of May the new MOOOIC EVOO & MOOIC OLIVES online Guide 2021 will be published and Diplomas and evaluating tasting sheets for every participating EVOO’S and OLIVES will be sent to the Producers .
