Entry Deadline:
Juried rib judging will begin at 2:30 p.m.
People’s Choice will be judged by the public and will begin promptly at 3:00 p.m. inside 45 Main St.
Juried judging will be based on Kansas City Barbeque Society rules. However, this is not a KCBS sanctioned event.
Per Entry Fee – $100.00 (All entry fees go towards cash prizes for Juried)
Each contestant receives one t-shirt.
Per entry Fee – $100.00 Please write a separate check for the deposit)
Rib Cook-off Coordinator will return deposit once area is deemed clean.
AWARDS – Cash prizes will be announced for juried judging.
1st Place (People’s Choice) – $300.00
2nd Place – $200.00
3rd Place – $100.00
1st, 2nd & 3rd place trophies will be on display at the event for both juried judging and People’s Choice.
