The competition is open only to amateur brewers; commercial or brew-on-premise beers will be disqualified.
Brew-on-premise is defined as wort boiled and fermented in a commercial brewing facility on the commercial equipment with assistance, or done by a professional brewer.
Base wort created at a commercial brewery and then distributed to a homebrewer who then adds specialty grains, hops, adjuncts, etc. and boils and ferments the wort in the homebrewer’s equipment is allowed.

We need all hands on deck to make this work. There will be virtual judging and we can arrange a railroad to nearby clubs if there is interest.
Round one can be virtual or in person depending on your availability/comfort level. We will have one in-person judging session on 11/21/21, location: Hell n’ Blazes 12-5P. Second round judging will be in person, location: Hell n’ Blazes 12-5P on 11/28/21.
BOS and Awards will be held on December 4, 2021. Location: Rotary Pavilion at Viera Regional Park. While you are welcome to join us, this will not be a large hotel event. SAAZ is hosting a potluck 1P-5P. BOS Judging 11A-1P. Awards 3P
