Entry Deadline:
The United States Brewers Cup (USBrC) is an exciting competition that highlights and celebrates the art of manual brewing.
Competitors will perform three services, Compulsory, Open Service, and Audience Service.
Compulsory & Open Service are judged by skilled coffee tasters.
The Compulsory is a blind tasting, the competitors all brew the same coffee on their chosen manual devices.
During Open Service competitors will brew and present their chosen coffee to the judges panel.
Per Entry Fee – $450.00
THE FINE PRINT:
– Registrations are non-refundable/non-transferable.
– The Top 18 competitors from the Sumner and Nashville Qualifiers advance to USBC.
– The Rankings from each Qualifier automatically turn into waitlists.
– Any unclaimed position(s) will be offered to the next highest scoring barista(s) from the Qualifier in which the unclaimed position(s) came from.
– Positions will be offered in descending sequence until all spots are filled.
