2020 Texas International Wine Competition (Amateur)

General Information

The Texas International Wine Competition judging takes place January 18th and 19th, 2019.

Entry submission processing and storage occurs at a climate-controlled facility, ensuring all entries arrive to judges in the best possible condition.

The Texas International Wine Competition judging is conducted by panels of three or more qualified judges, chosen from the most-experienced and well-trained palates in the wine industry.

Each panel includes a trained Panel Captain from the Texas International Wine Competition team to facilitate the judging process and record-keeping integrity.

Wines are presented to judges in coded glasses with a random number identifier corresponding to judges’ paperwork.

Entry Fees

Per Entry Fee – $28.00 (Early Bird Special) now thru November 30, 2019
Per Entry Fee – $35.00 (Early Bird Special) November 30, 2019 thru January 10, 2020

Please do not ship your wine until you have received the shipping labels and affixed them to each bottle.

Amateur Entries – Ship two (2) bottles for each label entered the first for judging, the second for additional review should the first be compromised.

Deliveries are accepted Thursday – Sunday between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM Central Time.
