General Information

Number of Bottles Required Per Entry: Entries will be accepted in BJCP categories 1-26, 28, 29, 30, 32, and 33. Cost per entry is $7.00 and payments must be made through Paypal. Only 1 ENTRY per Sub-Category will be allowed except in categories 23F, 29, 30A, 32, 33 only if the entries are VERY obviously not the same beer style. If the entries are determined that they may be the same, then both will be disqualified. All entries must be registered through the Competition Registration website and fees paid through Paypal. Each entry will consist of 12 ounce capped bottles or corked bottles that are void of all identifying information, including labels and embossing. Printed caps are allowed, but must be blacked out completely. Two (2) 12oz brown glass bottles per entry are preferred; however, green and clear glass will be accepted. Swing top bottles will likewise be accepted as well as corked bottles. Bottles will not be returned to contest entrants. All requisite paperwork must be submitted with each entry and can be printed directly from this website. Entry paperwork should be attached to bottles using a rubber band to attach bottle label form to each bottle. Be meticulous about noting any special ingredients that must be specified. Failure to note such ingredients may impact the judges’ scoring of your entry. Beers will be disqualified for entry requirements infractions. These entries may still be judged but will be ineligible for awards or prizes.

Prizes / Awards / Medals / Ribbons
Winners will be announced after judging during the St. Cloud Craft Beer Tour event. Places will be awarded to BOS (1st), 2nd, and 3rd place overall. Both score sheets and awards will be available for pick up that day after the ceremony concludes. Stop by the Cloudy Town Homebrewers booth at the event to pick up scoresheets and/or prizes. Awards and score sheets not picked up will be mailed to participants the following week. Results will be posted to the competition web site after the ceremony concludes.
