General Information
First Day – 26th March
During the first day, every Judge main commitment is defining the samples’ categories. This year we are going to use a new special tasting glass: the new “disposable” eco-glass specially designed for oil tasting, with a registered design made by an Italian producer.
Second Day – 27th March
We will completely dedicate the second day to the tasting sessions. The first group of finalists will be defined.
Third Day – 28th March
Also, in the third day we will be entirely focused in tasting sessions to tribute the right value and score to Your Best Olive Oil Samples and define the Final scores. During the afternoon will start the new table olives International Contest MOOIC.

Delivery of samples will be open from March 1 to March 23, 2020.
Submit 3 (three) bottles or other food storage containers with a capacity of 500 ml / 750 ml / 1litre or 4 (four) bottles of 250 ml. Any exceptions must be specifically requested by mail and authorized by the Chairman of the competition.
The Competition will have 7 1 main categories with 24 International Prizes each.
– Top 3 scores of each category (Low Fruity, Medium Fruity, High Fruity);
– Highest 3 scores of each type or category (Monovarietals, Blends, PDO/IGP, Organic);
– Top 3 scores on an all-in-category/overall list . Each product score will be assigned by an approval coefficient expressed by the Jury during the finals.
– A special Top 3 award will be assigned to Olive Oils of the region/country hosting MOOOIC. For the year 2020, it is the Liguria Region, Italy.
– A single OEVO/EVOO can be awarded multiple prizes.
