The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the following United States: Alabama, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) (except Alabama 19) years of age or older at the time of Promotion registration.
