General Information
All beer must be provided in 10 to 16 oz. glass bottles with all commercial labels removed.
All bottle caps must be plain or blacked out.
No growlers are permitted.
Exhibitors must submit 3 plain, unmarked, glass bottles with caps for each brew entered.
Exhibitors may enter only one entry per class.
Judging will be by professional brewers and/or experienced judges in the field of brewing.
Judging will be based on aroma, appearance, flavor, mouthfeel and overall impression. A 50 point score sheet is used and returned to the exhibitors. Score sheets can be picked up during entry release time.
Exhibitors may not be employed by any Brewery or Brewpub.
Bottles will be emptied after judging.
The Fair is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

Participants may enter as many entries as they would like at no cost. Only one entry may be entered per class (sub-category) however.

Drop-off your entry or entries to the Fairgrounds within the following time periods:
– Tuesday, August 20st, 2019 from 1PM to 8PM or
– Wednesday, August 21st, 2019 from 9AM to 8PM

2nd Place – $8.00
3rd Place – $6.00
4th Place – $4.00
5th Place – $2.00
Best in Show (Champion) – $20.00
Division Winners (Reserve Champions) – $15.00
