2019 Instructables – Fat Challenge

Create and enter a Step-by-Step, Photo, or Video Instructable sharing your best project featuring some kind of fat.

The Instructable may feature a culinary recipe or something less edible, like making bath or body products.

You may also enter an applicable Instructable that was created after this contest’s start date, but not yet submitted to this contest. However, you may not enter the same Instructables project in more than one contest.

Open nearly worldwide to persons who are 13 years of age or older (15 in Norway, and 18 in Germany). Parent/guardian permission needed if you are under the age of majority.

Excluded are residents of any country subject to a US trade embargo (as of September 2017 North Korea, Syria, Sudan, Cuba, and Iran and the region of Crimea) as well as residents of Brazil, Italy, Argentina, Turkey, Romania, Poland, or the Province of Quebec, Canada.
